At 18+, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or use our guest tracking page to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products are in unused and resalable condition.

  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
